How to cook an omelet with parsley
Omelet deserved the status of one of the tastiest, richest and healthiest dishes, and if you cook it with the greens rich in vitamins then your breakfast will be at the top. In addition, it is cooked in the easiest way.
- Eggs – 2 pieces
- Milk – 2 fl oz (50 ml)
- Salt at your taste
- Seed oil for frying
The amount of products is given for one portion. Evidently it may vary up to your need.
At first, we should wash parsley in a right way. As any greens, it is better to wash parsley not under the running water but in a bowl of water where tiny particles of sand or dust will be sunken.
Then we chop parsley finely.
We beat two eggs in a bowl and whisk them a bit with a fork or egg whisk. Add milk and keep on whisking.
Then we add parsley into the omelet mixture and whisk a bit more.
We pour out the omelet mixture into the frying pan with the heated oil. Fry until cooked. If you cover your pan, the omelet will get cooked quicker.
