St. Johns Wort has changed my life. It takes about a month and a half to notice the full effect of having less anxiety and an overall more positive mood but you can notice some effects the first time you take it. I suggest 3-400 mg at lunch and 600 mg before bed. I was the most anxious person in the world and this was my last hope without trying more medications. I sleep better, I’m so much happier, and I’m not so exhausted everyday because of the thoughts that won’t shut off. I wish I knew about this sooner. You really have to take it every single day though to get the FULL effect. You can up the dose to 800 mg at lunch and 800 mg at night if you’re anxiety/depression is at an all time high. This product does say that it may interfere with your birth control so if you are on birth control then consult your physician to get the correct dose for you. I’d advise you not take these on an empty stomach so during lunch is good and before bed is good too since you’ve eaten during the day. Give St. Johns Wort a chance to change your life like it changed mine, you deserve it.
