How to make hair removal paste for face at home
For many women removing unwanted hair from the body has already become permanent procedure, which doesn’t cause any questions. But everything is far more complicated with removing hair from face. Generally women strive for getting rid of hair above the upper lip that may start growing actively or becoming darker due to some personal reasons. As face skin is very tender, common methods of depilation here are absolutely not suitable – there is a great risk of getting irritations. You can ask for help to cosmetologists, but their services of painless hair removal using modern technologies will be rather expensive. Or you can make an egg hair removal paste tested by not one generation of women that is made from available and safe components, which you can find in every kitchen.
- Corn flour – 4 tbsp
- Sugar – 4 tsp
- Egg-white – 1 piece
Carefully separate the white from yolk.
Add sugar to egg-white and mix thoroughly until it is completely dissolved.
So that sugar will dissolve quicker we should take egg not from fridge, but the one which has stayed in room temperature for a few hours.
Add corn flour.
We stir it thoroughly so that to avoid lumps.
We should get a homogeneous smooth sticky paste, which we will apply to clean face skin. After smearing the paste you should leave it to dry for 20 minutes. After the paste is dried up, we start tearing it off opposite the hair growth direction.
It works similar to depilation wax, but less painful and doesn’t cause irritations after hair-removing procedure.
- To have maximum effect it’s advisable to use the paste once a week during 1-2 months.
- You shouldn’t wait for wonderful deliverance from hair after one procedure, as home-made means aren’t capable of doing that. But if used regularly hairs on face will become thinner and less visible. Their growth will slow down.
- There’s an approximate number of ingredients in the recipe – you should control the amount of flour and sugar depending on the egg’s size, a bit increasing or decreasing their amount so to get paste of necessary consistence.
