When I was assembling a mini-ITX computer for work I was faced with the choice what motherboard I should set up. It is the most necessary part of the computer, in my opinion, so I should make a choice carefully. Moreover a motherboard is liable to different glitches connected with the amount of part set up on it in opposite to processor. In other words, if you use cheap details with your motherboard, the probability of glitches and defects is very high.

So I chose from expensive motherboards, however the selection of motherboards for mini-ITX computers was not wide enough, especially of those which are capable for AMD chips with FM2 sockets. As a result I had to choose from two variants: a gaming Asrock motherboard, assembled from details of very good quality and an Asus motherboard, which is also very good and of the premium line. At the same time Asrock is 20% cheaper than Asus, though it is produced at Asus factories and to its order, as Asrock is Asus’ gaming sub-brand. In other words, there are no differences, except the overpayment for a brand name. In the upshot I have chosen Asrock. The packaging arrangement is good, BIOS update is activated with one button click on the flash drive; all in all every modern delights are on their places. There are all communication ports and everything that has to be there is there. There were some problems at the first launch stage, but I had updated BIOS and problems disappeared. There were no additional problems while further running. I consider this bargain as good. Why do I have to overpay for the same motherboard? It is like Toyota and Lexux, the difference is only in external decorations, and the cars are same. I recommend it. If you want to save some money without losing quality, buy Asrock.
