How to cook turkey cutlets with cheese
It is quite a simple recipe of cooking cutlets of turkey meat, in the result they are very juicy due to the melted butter with a piquant taste of cheese.
- Turkey fillet
- Onion – 1 piece
- Hard cheese
- White bread-crumb
- Butter for filling
- Flour for breading
- Seed oil for frying
Cut turkey fillet into pieces, put them into the blender bowl and mince it.
Soak white bread-crumb in milk, cut some cheese and onion into pieces, put all the ingredients into the bowl with minced meat, add some salt at your taste and blend everything.
In the result you should get a thick minced meat with cheese pieces.
Water your hand first, then take some minced meat and spread it on your palm, put a piece of butter in the center.
Then we close the butter with the minced meat and shape a cutlet, then we roll it in flour.
You see what nice cutlets you should get in the result. You may salt the flour a bit.
Fry the cutlets in the heated frying pan until the golden crust. To have the cutlets done you may simmer them a little under the cover on a slow fire.
- The turkey meat can be substituted with the chicken fillet; friable rice with vegetables will perfectly match the cutlets as a garnish.
