How to make stuffed eggs
It is one of the numerous recipes of stuffed eggs. It can scarcely be considered as dietetic, but it is very simple and quick, even kids can cope with it. What is more, you will only ordinary products that can definitely be found in any fridge.
- Eggs – 6 pieces
- Any canned fish in oil – 3.5 oz
- Mayonnaise – 1-2 tbsp
- Mustard – 1-2 tbsp
- Onion – 1 pieces
- Some fresh dill
- Salt, pepper at taste
Begin from cooking the eggs hard.
After that cut each egg in two parts lengthwise. Carefully take the yolks away with a tea spoon.
Add canned fish, chopped onion, mayonnaise, mustard and dill to the yolks. It would be better to use sweet onion, but any other type is also acceptable. As for mustard, it is also up to you to choose, personally I prefer the French one.
Mix it all up very thoroughly. If the mixture is a bit too dry, add some oil from the canned fish or some more mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper if you like.
Stuff the egg whites and you will get such a beauty. Have a nice meal!
- The main advantage of this recipe is that any ingredient can be easily substituted by another one. If there is no canned fish, you can do without it, in this case you will just get less mixture. If you dislike onion, use garlic or don’t use anything. As a result you will get your unique recipe of stuffed eggs.
