How to make Japanese anti-aging mask
In Japan rice is not only one of the main foods, but also often used component for making cosmetic products. In order to keep face skin in ideal condition, Japanese women use special system of skin care – usage of special cleansing oils, and rice masks very widespread in Japan as well.
- Rice – ½ of glass
- Water – 1 glass
- Honey – 3 tbsp
- Pearl powder – 1 tbsp
We wash the rice out well to get rid of dust and junk, fill it with water and boil till it’s ready.
You should get a liquid watery porridge.
Pound the rice up to a homogeneous mass with a blender or your own hands (so that it could be easier applied to the skin and wouldn’t fall from the faces skin).
We add honey to the liquid rice mass (in original recipe – honey of sakura).
And one more widespread ingredient of Japanese cosmetics – pearl powder. In fact, exactly pearl powder allows getting even, beautiful, shiny face skin as quickly as possible.
We mix everything and spread a thick layer of the warm mask on previously cleaned face and neck for 15-20 minutes, after which we wash it off with warm water.
The rice, honey and pearl powder immediately transform the skin – it becomes smooth, velvety, the complexion is evened, wrinkles are reduced.
- The rice mask may be applied to hand skin as well – it quickly clears up the skin, saves from dryness and peeling.
- Before using the mask you should make sure that you are not allergic to honey.
