Really curative, but expensive
We bought curative Hills forage for our dog when suspected food allergy, we chose healing feed with salmon.
At first the dog refused to eat forage with evident smell of fish at all. But we don’t blame makers of the forage, rather ourselves, because we should actually little by little accustom our dog to it instead of drastically replacing one food by another. But hunger has done its job and the dog had to switch to the new forage. We have been feeding the dog during the month. Though no deliverance from allergy followed( it turned out that the dog didn’t have food allergy), during this time the pet hasn’t lost weight eating the curative forage, the wool looks better.
One more indicator of high quality of this forage is its almost complete assimilation by the body, the dog began to take a dump more rarely and the amount of excrements has become visibly less.
D/D forage may be used for constant feeding of dogs with food intolerance and allergy on skin. Shar Pei of my acquaintances has for several years been saved only with Hills with salmon. I would also feed my dog with this forage, if not for its price – for a big bag we gave more than 100$. Paying attention to the fact that such amount of forage is enpugh for big dog only during 2 weeks, it turns out to be too expensive.
