How to cook snack pancakes with vegetables and chicken
The snack pancakes is a dish for everyone to enjoy. These appetizing ruddy pancakes with the chicken and cheese stuff can decorate not only a family dinner, but also a holiday table.
- Roasted chicken
- Vegetables (the Chinese cabbage or lettuce, a tomato, a cucumber)
- Some cheese
Prepare the salad for the filling – chop the Chinese cabbage, cucumbers and tomatoes.
Mix the vegetables, add salt and spices.
Put some lettuce and the roasted pieces of chicken on a pancake.
Add the mayonnaise and spread the grated cheese on top.
Roll the pancakes up.
Fry them in the seed oil on both sides.
You can serve the pancakes intact as well as cut in halves.
The pancakes with the vegetable or chicken stuff are more delicious if they are hot. If they got cold, you can heat them in a microwave oven.
