How to make a gel to care of the skin around eyes
The thin and tender skin around our eyes needs special cosmetics. It is unacceptable to use heavy and greasy creams for the eyelid skin care. A perfect variant is a light gel which includes active moisturizing, nourishing and anti-aging components that are effective even in small dosages.
- Cornflower hydrosol – 3.24 oz (92 g)
- Eye Regener – 0.08 oz (2.5 g)
- Succinic acid – 0.07 oz (2 g)
- Shiitake extract – 0.07 oz (2 g)
- Low molecular weight hyaluronic acid – 0.01 oz (0.25 g)
- High molecular weight hyaluronic acid – 0.01 oz (0.25 g)
- Optihen plus preservative – 0.03 oz (1 g)
Heat the cornflower hydrosol on the water bath. It has soothing, regenerating and skin tonic characteristics. The cornflower hydrosol is often included in the composition of the eyelid skin care agents, as it doesn’t cause burning sensations and it doesn’t irritate the eyes.
Dissolve the succinic acid in the warm hydrosol. If you add it even in a small quantity, it will tighten and refresh your skin, it will also eliminate the puffiness and make your skin more elastic.
Add the shiitake extract that has proven anti-aging characteristics.
Add the Eye Regener – it is an active component (produced in France) that stimulates the collagen synthesis, increases the skin elasticity and eliminates swelling under the eyes.
Now add the preservative. Due to it you will be able to keep your gel on a shelf in your bathroom for several months.
Finally add the hyaluronic acid, mix it all up and put it away for 3-6 hours.
The hyaluronic acid is not only an excellent skin moisturizer, but also a good gelling agent. Even such a negligible quantity of the hyaluronic acid powder is enough to get a fluid and transparent gel.
Pour the gel into a bottle with a batcher. The eyelid skin care gel you have got is very light, it is well spread around the skin, it doesn’t cause the tightness sensation. The active components of the gel moisten and tone the skin up, they eliminate the puffiness and the dark circles under your eyes.
- In the summer time you can use this moisturizing gel instead of a face cream.
