How to make vitamin salad from raw vegetables
Everybody knows about benefits of fresh vegetables and about large amount of vitamins which they contain. Heat treating eliminates large amount of nutrients and vitamins, so it is desirable to cook salads from raw vegetables. Vitamin salad is cooked quickly, looks pretty, besides it is not only very useful but tasty as well.
- Celery root
- Chinese cabbage
- Bell pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Salt, black pepper
We grate carrots, kohlrabi and celery root.
We chop Chinese cabbage, bell pepper and radish.
Mix all the ingredients.
We add salt, black pepper, oil or olive oil.
Before serving you can decorate your salad with finely chopped herbs.
- Such salad can be dressed with mayonnaise or sour cream.
