How to make starch lifting mask
Starch – is one of those ingredients for cooking not only meals, but preparing cosmetic means, which can for sure be found in every house. We are interested in exactly softening and skin nourishing properties of the starch, according to which we consider it to be one of the universal components of homemade cosmetology. Starch is unique due to the fact that it is equally effective for all types of skin, its usage doesn’t have any side effects and contraindications. You may simply dissolve starch in water and wash yourself by it, and you may take it as a basis for cosmetic face skin masks. One of the simplest and very effective masks with instant effect is – lifting mask with starch and banana.
We grate banana on a fine grater or chop it with a blender. Banana pulp, rich in vitamins and minerals nourishes and moisturizes the skin.
Mix chopped pulp of banana with starch in ratio 1 to 1. The mass obtained we smear on pre-cleaned skin with a thin layer, let it dry up. In 15-20 minutes we wash it off with warm water.
Even one-time use of such mask gives visible tightening and skin refreshing effect. The skin becomes delicate, velvety, matted, complexion improves and wrinkles become less noticeable. To remove one or another skin defects it’s desirable to use starch-banana mask in course of 10-15 procedures (with frequency of 3 times per week).
- If you need to make your skin look blooming, fresh, and healthy you can make the mask daily within 3-5 days.
- You should apply starch-banana mask to face at once after making it, as with time it loses its properties.
