How to cook cheesy chicken with mushrooms and pineapples
Chicken with pineapples – is one of those dishes of holiday meal, which requires absolutely no troubles when cooking, is cooked quickly, turns out very tasty and appetizing.
- Chicken fillet
- Canned pineapples
- Meadow mushrooms
- Curry, paprika, ground pepper
We cut chicken meat (it may be breast, fillet with thighs) in flat pieces as for chops.
We slightly hammer them with a kitchen hammer.
Prepare mixture of spices – we mix curry, paprika, black ground pepper.
Add salt to spices.
We rub pieces of meat with the mixture on both sides.
And lay them out in a baking form.
We put canned pineapples on every piece of meat.
And we put fresh sliced mushrooms.
We sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
We pour out the syrup of canned pineapples, it becomes caramelized while baking and the chicken will have a wonderful crust.
You can draw a grating from mayonnaise (it’s not obligatory).
We place meat into a heated oven and bake it until it’s ready. You’ll get appetizing and very tasty crust like this below.
You can serve cheesy chicken with pineapples and mushrooms both heated and cooled. Anyway it turns out to be very tasty.
