How to prepare sugar scrub with tomato
Scrubs are important part of our daily skin care. Among great number of scrub recipes there is one, probably the easiest, but very effective – this is a combination of tomato and sugar.
Sugar perfectly removes dead cells of epithelium and stimulates processes of regeneration of skin. In great amount tomatoes contain a powerful lycopene antioxidant, which struggles against free radicals. Also such components necessary for skin beauty as vitamins A, C, K, B, phosphorus, iron, potassium, and calcium are contained in them.
The procedure of using such scrub itself is very simple. Tomato cut in half should be put into sugar with its cutoff, and than using this tomato like a sponge distribute the sugar on face with careful circular movements avoiding area around eyes.
We leave the sugary-tomato mixture on face for 10 minutes, after that wash it off with cool water.
When the remains of sugar scrub are washed off, you need to smear moisturizing or nourishing cream on skin. Regularly using sugary-tomato scrub you may already see results– clean, elastic, fresh skin in several weeks.
