How to make “hot” anti-cellulite body wrapping
Most effective procedures in struggle with cellulite are considered to be body wrappings – application of mixture of active components to problematic skin areas. Wrappings may be cold and hot; the last are far more effective, because active ingredients get into the skin considerably deeper and faster. It’s not necessary to go to a beauty salon to have a course of anti-cellulite wrappings, you can make very effective mixture that increases blood circulation in skin, makes it smooth and elastic at home as well.
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Honey – 1 tsp
- Ginger (in a powder) – 1 tsp
- Red ground pepper – 0.5 of tsp
We mix up honey with olive oil. Honey easily gets deep in to the skin, warms it up, and stimulates metabolism and blood circulation. Olive oil reach in A and E vitamins nourishes and moisturizes skin, makes it elastic.
Add ginger powder and red ground pepper into honey-oily mixture. Ginger tones up the skin, helps to even it, and gets rid of stretch marks and flabby skin. Red pepper increases blood circulation in a skin and helps to “burn” hypodermic fat.
We mix everything up, to increase the effect you can add essential oil, which possesses anti-cellulite effect (orange, grapefruit, rosemary, cypress, bay, geranium and etc).
We apply the mixture to problematic areas of the body, wrap them with a food film. Than you can choose any ways of warming up the skin – wrap in a warm blanket and lie within 15-20 minutes, or put on warm clothes and do easy exercises. This anti-cellulite mixture is not in vain called “hot”, already in 3-5 minutes after applying it the skin warms up, you get feelings of tingling and burning. It’s enough to do wrappings with this mixture twice a week so that to notice difference in a month – the skin becomes more even, smooth, there decreases roughness and flabbiness of the skin.
- Before wrapping you must prepare your skin – clean it up from dead cells with help of a scrub.
- Hot wrapping is a contraindication when you have gynecologic diseases, by pregnancy, illnesses of cardiovascular system.
