You´ll need

  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tsp
  • Ginger (in a powder) – 1 tsp
  • Red ground pepper – 0.5 of tsp

    I have heard a lot of anti-cellulite wrappings with red pepper but I wonder is it really helpful? I haven`t done it yet so I want to know whether it is worth trying.

    I should say that it is really effective and this procedure helped me to get rid of cellulite. But it should be done systematically.

    No, it is not painful. When you are applying this paste, you feel that your skin warms up and the feeling is really pleasant. After it your skin can be a bit red for an hour or so.
