Oh, I had a course of anti-cellulite massages and they didn`t really help me so I would like to try this procedure. Is it painful?

No, it is not painful. When you are applying this paste, you feel that your skin warms up and the feeling is really pleasant. After it your skin can be a bit red for an hour or so.
