Intensive hand therapy
Winter is a misfortune for my hands. I have a thin hand skin, so in extreme season it suffers a lot from excessive dryness.
Couple of campaigns back the honey cosmetic series has appeared in Avon’s Care lines. As always the novelty was offered with a discount. Naturally, I bought the cream without thinking much.
The cream has one essential advantage and set of disadvantages, about which I’ll tell in the reference. The largest advantage of the cream is that it works for a long time in terms of duration of the effect. The skin gains softness and is moisturized for a long time. This is the thing I miss. But after this plus there is a set of inconveniences linked with the use of the product that follows. The cream is semi-transparent and has a gel texture. It is relatively tight, so it is poured out of the tube in a tiny trickle.
While distributing on the skin the cream turns from a semi-transparent mass into white intractable form, which should be rubbed in, and what is more rubbed with diligence and during some time. Not everyone has patience for that, besides, there is an alternative of rapidly absorbed means.
Firstly the cream gives a firm feeling of presence of a strange object on the skin surface. It is not comfortable much, but it’s bearable. About 3 minutes after the cream is soaked without any traces.
I would use this cream as a therapy, for example, for the night and I’d put on my gloves over it. And between washing of hands it’s better to use more light and quickly absorbed means. Despite the fact that the cream gives a positive effect, it presents a stunning odor, very much the same as honeyed cake.
Here is such a cream with all its advantages and disadvantages. For me personally the comfort of my hands is much more important, and as for little troubles connected with the cream use, I am ready to cope with them.
