How to make milky blend for bath
Milk is not only a healthy drink. For centuries, everyone knows it is also proven effective for skin care. Milk has lactose, minerals, peptides, and vitamins. All of them, along with other elements have regenerating, anti-aging, and toning effect on skin. Milk is also a strong moisturizer, which helps produce collagen in the skin.
- Dried milk – 3.53 oz (100 g.)
- Oat powder – 1.06 oz (30 g.)
- Baking soda – 1.06 oz (30 g.)
- Bilberry extract – 0.35 oz (10 g.)
- Lavender essential oil – 10 drops
Weigh baking soda, dried milk and the oat powder. Oat powder significantly increases the benefits of milk bath, making the skin soft, smooth, and supple.
Pour out by drops the lavender essential oil in the baking soda and grind them carefully.
Soda is not only a skin softener, but also allows the distribution of the essential oil all over the dry milk blend.
Mix everything until they become smooth. Add dry bilberry extract to the mixture, which enriches the milk bath with an extra active elements which are needed for the skin to be healthy and beautiful.
Mix them again. Put the milk mixture in a container with a tight lid to keep it dry.
To take a milk bath, pour the ready made mixture to a warm running water. The milk blend will dissolve immediately. Take a bath for 15-20 minutes.

- You may even use dried goat milk for preparing such a milky blend. Oat powder can be replaced by any kind of fruit powder or starch.
