How to cook all-purpose dough on yeasts
Each housewife has recipe of dough which she uses for many years. Before I learned this recipe, I uses only dough from stores. But now everything has changed and I cook the dough by my hands, so I am precisely sure of the ingredients quality which use. Therefore i happy to share the recipe of the simple dough on yeasts, which can be made out by even the most inexperienced housewife.
- Wheat flour – 4 cups
- Milk – 17 oz (500 g.)
- Dry yeast – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp
The preparation of dough begins with flour. We take a bowl or other container in which we will knead dough, and we pour out the flour there.
Then we pour in milk (I have used milk directly from the refrigerator).
Then we add in a bowl next ingredients: dry yeast, salt, sugar and sunflower oil.
Properly mix all the ingredients so that there are no lumps, and as a result, the dough turned out smooth.
Take the plastic bag, shift the dough in it and put it to the refrigerator. In 2 hours, our dough is ready and it is possible to use it for preparation of your favourite dishes. According to this recipe, the dough turns out very soft, so it is easy to mold pies or to do the tastiest pizza. This is an excellent alternative to dough from store!
- If the dough turns out thin, before preparing the dish with the dough, add in a little flour and bring it to the consistency you desire.
- If you are going to bake sweet rolls, add one more spoon of sugar in dough.
