How to prepare a salad from mushrooms and haricot
This dish is not all salad; it may be described as something in between salad and a cold garnish. This salad is very simple and tasty in my opinion. You can find the same food in any refrigerator or in a nearest food shop.
- Boiled sub smoked sausage – 1 pound (0.5 kg.)
- Red haricot in own juice – 1 can
- Tinned field mushrooms – 1 can
Field mushrooms should be cut into strips.
Take out haricot beans from can and let the juice to flow off. You may even wash haricot beans with clean water if you want. Then place haricots in a bowl.
Mushrooms are mixed with haricot.
Sausage is also cut into strips. You may cut off a ring from sausage of about 1 inch (3 cm.) thick, then cut it into strips.
Combine sausage with other ingredients and mix everything well.
Dress the salad with mayonnaise…
…place it on the table.
- I know that sausages may not be the best healthy product. But when you use sausage, the smoke aroma is blended with the salad to make the taste and flavor more interesting. You may use other type of deli meat if you do not like to use sausages.
