How to bake a tasty fruitcake for an hour
This is a recipe to make a fruitcake with different stuffings — apples, nuts, raisin, apricots – everything that is at hand. But today I wanted to make my favorite fruitcake made of coffee. In preparing the fruitcake you may need an hour and a minimum of products that a hostess always has in the refrigerator.
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of a flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of yogurt
- Margarine – 7 oz. (200 g.)
- Instant coffee – 1-2 tbsp
- Salt, soda, vinegar
For a start it is necessary to mix eggs with sugar. I do this with the use of a mixer.
Margarine needs to be melted (I do this in the microwave oven).
Then we take a big plate, to place the flour.
Then to the flour we add the egg mixture and the melted margarine.
Mix everything very well, dough will turn out hard.
To the turned-out dough you add yogurt and again everything that you knead. Add the soda vinegar to the turned-out dough.
In advance in a separate bowl you mix instant coffee with hot water and leave it to cool down.
When the coffee has cooled down, add it in dough and again we knead well. Take a baking dish (I use silicone one), you oil it and pour out the dough.
Place this in the pre-heated to 300 F (200 C) oven to bake a fruitcake for 30-40 minutes. When the fruitcake is ready, we make tea or coffee and we enjoy this tasty bread.
- It is possible to add in the dough vanilla flavor for a delicious vanilla smell.
