How to prepare potato baked pudding with fish
The recipe to prepare this dish is very simple and does not demand so much efforts. And besides, this dish is easy to create since you only need to place it in a refrigerator. This recipe is so versatile, it may be prepared with any ingredients, and not just with canned food.
- Mackerel in oil 1-2 can (you may use any canned fish)
- Onions – 2-3 pieces
- Mayonnaise – 7 oz. (200 g.)
- Flour – 4 tbsp.
- Eggs – 1-2 pieces
- Baking soda
- Salt and black ground pepper to taste
- Firm cheese
For starters, you need to boil potatoes.
Then you need to peel potatoes and cut it into rings. You may use a raw potatoes, but make sure it is baked well, so i recommend to prepare it and use cooked.
Canned fish must be opened and divided into small slices.
Oil a form or a baking sheet and stack the first layer the potato cut into rings. Then salt it and add black ground pepper.
Over the potato, spread slices of fish.
On the top layer, spread the onions cut into half rings. Onions need to be cut as thin as possible to make it tastier.
Filling preparation for the baked pudding is through the following stages. Mix eggs separately with mayonnaise, add flour, soda and vinegar. Mix everything to a uniform consistency.
It is necessary to fill the top with the prepared mash further.
If you desire, you may grate a cheese slice on top of the layers. This will result in a fragrant and appetizing crust. Baked pudding is almost ready, it was necessary to bake it in an oven warmed to 350 F (180 C) degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- It is possible to replace fish canned food with boiled chicken, mushrooms or any kind of food that you like.
