How to prepare fish soup
Soup that is brewed from minced fish, is a very fragrant and rich dish. It will appeal even to children who do not like fish.
- Minced fish
- Spices: bay leaves, black pepper, cloves
In a saucepan pour water, put it on the stove. In water, put a little salt and sugar. While the water boils, cook vegetables. Chop the onions.
Place onions on vegetable oil.
Cut carrots into stripes, add it to the onions. Vegetables must not fry for too long.
As soon as the water boils, add the rice . Rice cooks for a very long time.
Once the carrots has turned into a golden color, add it to the boiling broth with rice.
Potatoes must be cut it into cubes and add 10-15 minutes before the end of cooking.
Sculpt the meatballs very fast and add it to the soup 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
Together with the meatballs add spices. Cloves will make any fish soup taste delicious.
Fish soup is supposed to be nourishing and transparent. You may add the sour cream when you serve it.
