How to repare fried eggs with bacon
This is an excellent dish for breakfast. It is very nourishing and easy to prepare.
- Fresh cucumber
- Parma ham or bacon
- Egg – 2 pieces
- Onions – 1 piece
- Salt, pepper and spices to taste
Use a moderately-sized frying pan and pour a little sunflower oil. Fry onions and scatter the pieces all over the pan.
Add red pepper strips that are cut like straws.
When cooking pepper it should be fried thoroughly, add Parma ham (or bacon).
Fry ham from one side to the other.
Fill the pan with eggs and cover.
In 3 minutes the dish is ready. Decorate it with small cut cucumbers and serve it hot on the table.
- If you want that the yolk to remain bright yellow and half-baked, do not cover the pan with a lid.
