How to cook the most delicate chicken breast in multi cooker (slow cooker)
Probably you will never find a person who does not love chicken and the chicken breast is the best and the tastiest part of the chicken to cook. There are however people who agree that chicken breast is dry meat and is not tasty at all. Therefore, most often chicken breast is used as forcemeat, or to be used as chopped cutlets. However it is possible to cook very tasty and not so dry breast with the use of a multi cooker (slow cooker).

- Salt, spices on your taste
- Multi-cooker (slow cooker)
Take chicken breasts, you may use two halves without bone and skin, but it is possible to take an entire breast in a thin skin. Lay in a multi-cooker bowl, fill the bowl with milk so that it will cover the breast completely, add spicy herbs and salt. Turn on milti cooker in “simmer” mode. Cook the chicken breast in milk for approximately an hour. Time may vary depending your model of slow cooker, so you have to check the dish for the first time.
After an hour of cooking take out the slices of breast and put in a bowl, having covered meat that has cooled down a little.
The most delicate and not dry breast is ready! It is possible to use it in salad, you may eat it as a second dish.
- If you cook frozen breast, thaw the meat completely so it may be boiled thoroughly and completely.
