How to prepare a paste for avocado sandwich
Avocados contain a lot of useful substances. The flesh is oily itself and contains 25% oil, and 2% sugar as well as an abundance of vitamins A, C, D, E, K, B, and minerals: magnesium, calcium, potassium and phosphorus.
- 1-2 tbsp of olive oil
- A bit of lemon
Prepare the cooking ingredients.
Then, gently use a knife to peel the avocado.
After that, take out the seed from the fruit and cut the flesh into small pieces (the avocado should be soft, so it is necessary to choose ripe fruit).
Add a little salt and pepper (you can choose to not add pepper, but it would turn piquant) and add 1-2 tbsp of olive oil.
After that, the mixture is ready to beat with a mixer.
Then, add a few drops of lemon juice to the ground mass to improve the taste.
