How to cook ribs in oven
Introduction
You´ll need
- Pork or lamb ribs
- Spices (black pepper, ginger, and others)
- Onions
- Soy sauce
- Mineral water
- 9% vinegar
- Salt

Wash and dry the meat.
- Prepare the marinade. To do this, mix equal parts of soy sauce and mineral water. Add the spices and salt. Per cup (200 grams or 7 oz) of sauce, add 2 tbsp of vinegar.
- Add the onions which has begun to give juice. Pour the marinade into it and put the meat. Now you need to leave it in the marinade for 0.5 – 1 hour.

Take marinated ribs from brine and squeeze to remove the onion. Lay the meat on a greased baking tray and put it in an oven at 420° F (220° C).
Warnings
- It is imperative to cook ribs in large portions, so, do not cut them in small pieces. This way of cooking will make the meat more tender and juicier.
- Heat the oven immediately to form crust, which in turn will keep the juices inside the meat. Keep fire on high for about 15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 300° F (150° C) bring the ribs to cook. You will need about 30-40 minutes.
