How to cook ribs in oven
Very tasty and tender ribs can be made not only during the summer outdoors or roasting meat on the coals, but also at home using the oven.
- Pork or lamb ribs
- Spices (black pepper, ginger, and others)
- Soy sauce
- Mineral water
- 9% vinegar
- It is imperative to cook ribs in large portions, so, do not cut them in small pieces. This way of cooking will make the meat more tender and juicier.
- Heat the oven immediately to form crust, which in turn will keep the juices inside the meat. Keep fire on high for about 15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 300° F (150° C) bring the ribs to cook. You will need about 30-40 minutes.
