How to cook chicken in oven
I offer you a very simple recipe of chicken baked in the oven with cheese, tomato and mayonnaise. Tomatoes make the chicken juicy, because, as a rule, by itself, chicken is a bit dry; and the cheese provides crisp. Mayonnaise serves as the sauce, making the taste of food even more intense. And it makes it look just amazing.
- Chicken fillet – 1.5 lb (0.7 kg)
- Tomatoes – 2 pieces
- Cheese – 3.5 oz (100 g)
- Mayonnaise – 3.5 oz (100 g)
- Salt, spices to taste
Place the fillet dried on a cutting board or plate. Cut with a sharp knife along and the thickness should not be exceeding 0.2-0.3 inches (0.5-0.7 cm) but less is also not desirable.
- Add salt and pepper to the fillets.
Blanket the baking dish or pan with ordinary foil. Spread the fillets on foils. Place the tomato slices on top. Do not forget the tomatoes because as mentioned, it makes the chicken juicy.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Decorate with mayonnaise.
Put it in a pre-heated oven (350 F or 180 C). After 25 minutes, the chicken can be served already.
- Delicious fillet is obtained, if you do not forget the cherry tomatoes. They are sweet, and the combination of the chicken with the sweetness is just amazing.
