In the winter, when the diet lacks fresh vegetables, pumpkins are able to provide the body with essential vitamins, minerals, fiber, and just food variety. And it can be useful to use in food for people with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular problems, as well as for the elderly and pregnant women. I want to share a very simple recipe of this wonderful vegetable.

You´ll need

  • Pumpkin pulp
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp of sugar

Steps

    Peel the pumpkin and cut into the required number of slices of about 0.5 inches (1 cm) thick.
