You´ll need

  • Pumpkin – 1.3-1.5 pounds (600-700 g.)
  • Low fat yogurt – 5.3 oz. (150 g.)
  • Eggs – 3 pieces
  • Semolina – 3-4 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs – 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 0.04 pints (20 ml.)
  • Prunes – 6-7 pieces

  • If you want to get a sweet pudding then use a sweet pumpkin. Use a cup of lowfat yogurt.

    Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and grate the pumpkin using a coarse grater or grind in blender.

    Place the grated or blended pumpkin in a large bowl, add the eggs and stir completely.
