You´ll need

  • Pork – neck or tenderloin – 1 lb. (500 g.)
  • Salt, spices – to taste
  • Prunes – 7-8 large pieces
  • Foil

    Meat (preferably flat oblong shaped) should be washed carefully and dried. Cut into pieces. The thickness of each cut should be no more than 0.2 inches (0.5 cm). The thinner the better. If any pieces are too thick, the taste will not be flavorful enough, so you need to beat em a little.
